Mr. Nexsen joined the firm in August, 1979.
With a background as a law clerk to a local U.S.
District Court trial judge, his main interest
is in litigation in all fields. He has experience
in general negligence and products liability law,
commercial law, automobile negligence, construction,
and workers’ compensation. His practice
emphasis has been trials, both federal and state,
with experience in all insurance matters. He is
an active lecturer on the subjects of workers’
compensation and employer liability.
Mr. Nexsen oversees all insurance trial work,
as the partner in charge of litigation. Derek
Turrietta and Jeffrey Partington are the other
members of the firm’s litigation team.
